Shipping costs

Items will be delivered by Japan Post (Yu-Pack).
*Only the trial set will be delivered by Yamato Transport.

・The shipping fee is 880 yen (including tax) nationwide.
・Free shipping for orders over 12,000 yen.
・Regular shipping is always free regardless of the amount.

regular delivery and shipping of regular products

We will ship within 5 business days after your order is confirmed.
We do not deliver on weekends and holidays.
(Excluding Golden Week, Obon, New Year holidays)
Currently, we cannot accept requests for delivery dates and times. After shipping, we will send you a shipping number by email.



Experience ticket delivery

Experience tickets will not be shipped. Advance reservation is required to use it, so after purchasing , please check your order number and call the Nishi-Azabu store to make a reservation. 


About regular delivery

Regular deliveries will be delivered automatically at the specified frequency.
For the shipping date, the first order confirmation date will be the next basic order confirmation date

Example) If the first order is placed on January 15th,
→ The next order will be confirmed on February 15th and will be shipped within 5 business days.

  

Cancellations, returns and exchanges after confirming an order

We cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns after the order has been confirmed for personal reasons. Please note.

If there is a problem with the delivered item, such as damage to the item, we will respond as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact customer support at hello@to-ji.jp.



Regular flight suspension/cancellation

You can take a break or cancel your order up until the day before your order is confirmed.
You can complete the procedure from the regular flight management screen on My Page.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after the order confirmation date.

We have sent a "detailed statement and receipt" together with the product, so you can use that.
